If your business is growing and you’re planning to expand your team — or you’d just like to hand payroll over to people who do it all day — we’ve got you.
We offer full-service payroll, managed from start to finish. All we need is your business and employee data, and we take care of the rest: pay runs, awards, Single Touch Payroll, super, leave, and every curve ball like award changes, pay run errors and all those leave loading details.
Plenty of our clients use us for payroll only. Your books can stay exactly where they are — we’ll run payroll as a standalone service, working alongside your existing bookkeeper or accountant. If you’d rather bundle it with full bookkeeping later, easy. But it’s never a condition.
The right classification, the right loading, the right penalty rates
Reporting to the ATO, every pay run
Awards are where payroll goes wrong — and awards are industry-specific. So is our approach.
Casual-heavy rosters, split shifts, weekend and late-night penalty rates under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award. We work with rostering and time-and-attendance platforms like Workforce.com and Employment Hero, so hours flow from the roster to the pay run without re-keying — and without the gaps where underpayments hide.
Casual crews, allowances, and the paperwork that comes with subcontractors — PAYG obligations and the records behind your Taxable Payments Annual Report. We keep employee payroll and contractor payments clearly separated, so both stay compliant.
Juniors, part-timers and casuals under the General Retail Industry Award — with penalty rates for evenings and weekends, and the newer casual conversion rules handled properly when a casual asks to go permanent.
Staff across gaming, bar and catering under the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award, often with different classifications on the same roster. Our club specialist’s background means nothing about club payroll surprises us.
Single Touch Payroll Phase 2 changed what the ATO wants to see: gross pay broken down into its parts — overtime, allowances, bonuses, leave — reported every single pay run. If that sentence made your eyes glaze over, good news: it’s our job to care about it, not yours. Every pay run we process is STP Phase 2 compliant.
Nobody underpays staff on purpose. It happens through misclassification, missed penalty rates, or a roster that says one thing while the timesheet says another. Our job is to make sure the award is applied correctly every pay run — so the question never comes up. If you’re worried about past pay runs, raise it with us in your consultation and we’ll talk through the right way to check.
Payroll for 15 staff and payroll for 40 are different jobs — more awards in play, more leave to track, more ways for small errors to multiply. Because we run payroll for growing businesses every day, scaling up doesn’t mean starting over. Your pay runs just keep working while your headcount climbs.
