Dennis is a senior CFO with over 30 years of experience and was previously the CFO at one of Australia’s largest Registered clubs, where he oversaw the financial management of a $100 million operation. During his 8 – year tenure there, he also led teams across inventory and stock control, safe operations, IT, and administration.
Dennis understands the unique challenges clubs face in consolidating financial information from multiple departments such as restaurants, bars, gaming, venue hire, accommodation, tenants and sporting facilities including aquatic centres and gyms.

With over 45 years in the accounting profession, Michael began his career as a Chartered Accountant specialising in external auditing, accumulating 20 years of experience with prominent firms such as KPMG and Grant Thornton in Australia and abroad. His audit and taxation expertise encompassed diverse
sectors including manufacturing, retail, gold production, media, and
distribution, serving both private groups and listed entities. Transitioning to the private sector, Michael assumed roles as Financial Controller and Accountant
for various industries including manufacturing, restaurant management, and crane hire. Currently, he contributes his skills as an Accountant.
